In compliance with Rule 20 of the 2018 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. No. 9160, as amended and as complemented by the Guidelines on Digitization of Customer Records (DIGICUR) under AMLC Regulatory Issuance (ARI) A, B and C No. 2, series of 2018, all covered persons are required to perform measures to ensure swift retrieval of documents in a manner, quality and period that would assist the AMLC in its prompt financial investigations and legal actions and to maintain its confidentiality.

 

The guidelines require CWSLAI to digitize existing and new customer records covered by the DIGICUR, thus, we are requesting the following members to submit documents relating to their membership with the Association.
